Who provides this service
This site and the PRO subscription are provided by [on request], a company registered in Cyprus under number [on request]. Its registered address, register entry and VAT number are on the company details page.
What a subscription gives
While a subscription is live it gives access to every PRO and Bonus post on the members’ site, in English and Russian, including those published before you joined.
Access ends on the paid-through date. Nothing is taken away inside a period already paid for, except as set out under “Personal use” below.
This is a digital service: continuous access to the members’ site over the web. It runs in a current web browser, with nothing to install and no device lock on what you read.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies. If the service is not what it should be, you have the remedies the law gives you, at no cost.
Signing in and devices
A subscription is personal and is attached to the email address you sign in with: the one you paid with, unless you changed it on your account page. Signing in is by a link sent to that address; three devices may be signed in at once.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Plans are monthly, six-month or annual. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, VAT included where it applies; nothing is added to it.
A card subscription renews automatically at the end of each term, at the price stated at checkout, until it is cancelled; your account shows the next renewal date.
After you pay we email you a confirmation of the contract, before access begins. Keep it — it states who you contract with, the price, the term, renewal and cancellation, and how to withdraw, with the model withdrawal form, and links to these terms.
A subscription can be cancelled at any time and without signing in; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Withdrawing from the contract
If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA you have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from it, without giving a reason. This is separate from cancelling, and cancelling is not a substitute for it.
To withdraw, use the withdrawal page. It stays open for the whole 14 days, asks you to confirm, and sends you an email recording the date, time and content of what you sent (a repeat within 24 hours of one we already acknowledged gets no second email). You can also withdraw by any clear statement to the support address, or by using the form at the end of this page.
Your withdrawal counts from the moment you send it. Access ends when you end it from the email we send you, or when we refund you; so nobody who only knows your email address can end your access.
Reading posts during that window doesn't waive it. If checkout asked you to confirm immediate access, a refund may be reduced for what you used; otherwise, you get the full amount back.
Personal use
A subscription is for one reader. Members’ posts may be quoted with a link, but not republished in full, resold or redistributed.
Downloading posts in bulk, or with a script, bot or other automated tool, is not allowed. To keep it that way, one account can open only a limited number of new posts a day — set well above what a person reads — and posts it has already opened stay readable.
An account used for bulk or automated downloading may have its daily limit lowered to a reader’s pace for the rest of its subscription; it can still read every new post. In serious cases, such as reselling or reposting posts, the subscription may be ended and the unused part of the period already paid for refunded. If you think that happened by mistake, write to the support address.
Group buys and leak sites — splitting one subscription among several people, or reposting its posts elsewhere — are covered by these rules too.
Copyright concerns
If you believe something published here infringes your rights, write to the support address with: the URL of the post, what the work is and where it first appeared, your name and contact details, and a statement that you hold the rights or act for the rights holder.
Reports are read by a person. A founded complaint results in the post being corrected or taken down, and you are told which. A reply from the author of the post is handled the same way. There is no separate form and no separate address for this.

Changes to these terms
These terms may change. A change affecting a live subscription is announced by email before it takes effect and does not apply to a period already paid for. If you do not accept a change, you can end the subscription before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus are competent.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA, that does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Any claim we bring against you, we bring in the courts of the country you live in.
