Help
Answers to the things that actually go wrong: signing in, payment, devices, cancelling and language.
Signing in
Signing in is a link sent by email — there is no password. The link is valid for 10 minutes; if it has expired, request a new one from the sign-in page.
Nothing arrived? Check the spam and promotions folders first.
The link signs in the device that opens it. Open it on your phone and you are signed in on the phone, not on the computer that asked for it — request a fresh link on the device you want to read on.
Lost access to the email address you sign in with? Write to support from any address, and send the date and amount of one payment, and your card’s last 4 digits and expiry date; the address on the account is changed by hand.
Paid, but no access
Access is attached to the email address you sign in with: the one you paid with, unless you changed it on your account page. If you signed in with a different address, sign out and request a link for the address your access is attached to.
Paid with an address you no longer use? Support can move the subscription — send the date and amount of one payment, and your card’s last 4 digits and expiry date.
Withdrawing from the contract
For 14 days from the day the contract is concluded you can withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason. Use the withdrawal page: it stays open for the whole 14 days, asks you to confirm, and sends you an email recording the date, time and content of what you sent (a repeat within 24 hours of one we already acknowledged gets no second email).
Your withdrawal counts from the moment you send it. Access ends when you end it from our email, or when we refund you; so nobody who only knows your email address can end your access.
What comes back to you, and how, is on the refund page.
Withdrawing is not the same thing as cancelling a renewal. Cancelling is below.
Devices
You can be signed in on three devices at once. Signing in on a fourth signs out the oldest — nothing is lost, that device simply asks for a new link.
Your active sessions are listed on your account page, where you can sign out any one of them or all of them at once.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time, without signing in: open the cancellation page, enter your email address (the one you sign in with, or the one you paid with) and confirm. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and nothing is charged again.
A confirmation email follows. It carries a "this wasn’t me" link that restores the subscription, in case someone else entered your address.
Cancelling is not a refund. Inside the first 14 days, withdrawing from the contract is the separate route above.
Changing plan: the billing page can’t switch plans. Cancel as above, and once your paid period ends, buy the plan you want on the join page. Or write to [email address].
Language
Everything is published in English and Russian. The switch sits in the header and in the footer; nothing is redirected by IP or browser language.
Not every post has a translation. One without a sibling carries a short "Not translated yet" line and a link to the other language’s home page.
Your default language is set on your account page.
