Refunds
The 14-day right to withdraw
A consumer in the EU or the EEA has 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from it, without giving a reason, and get their money back.
That statutory right is the whole policy. There is no additional money-back guarantee and no voluntary refund window beyond it.
Reading posts during that window doesn't waive it. If checkout asked you to confirm immediate access, a refund may be reduced for what you used; otherwise, you get the full amount back.
Your withdrawal counts from the moment you send it. Access ends when you end it from the email we send you, or when we issue your refund (not when the money reaches you).
Card payments
A card refund is issued through the payment processor, back to the card that paid, within 14 days of your withdrawal reaching us, and no fee is taken from it.
Cancelling is not a refund
Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves you the access you have already paid for until the end of the period; it returns no money. It can be done at any time and without signing in.
How to ask for a refund
Write to support from the email address you sign in with, and include the payment id from your receipt.
